3x 12 single leg squats 20lbs

3x 15 of bothe leg raises

Push

4x db bench 50lbs - 15, 12, 12, 12

4x db overhead press - 7/8 reps each 25lbs

3x 10 lateral raises 10lbs

No pull as my left elbow has been bothering me the last few days and pulling aggravates it.
