15 single leg calf raises (bent leg targeting soleus)
15 single leg calf raises (straight leg targeting gastroc)
30s pogo jumps
30s high knees
10 squat jumps
A bit rushed to get to a 1:30 meeting. Also plyos kinda aggravating my right ankle
