Leagues at SPAC. Team got the win over Vassar by 2 points!!!!
Wore next%'s for this which may have been a mistake. Went out with the top pack and even took the lead on 2 of the down hills in the first 3k. Started to fade a little around 2.5 miles but was working with Owen and Corry to hang on to a pack of Vassar. Fell hard at around 5k into the race and fell again trying to get up :/ This took about 10s for me to start running again and at that point I lost all connection to the pack I was running with. Hip was bruised but more mentally rattled after that fall and struggled to stay engaged the next mile or so. Kicked down Vassar's 6th guy in the last 400m which technically didn't do anything for the team but mentally I couldn't let him get me. Overall not what I was hoping for today but still a good day for the team.
