3x 12 deadlifts - 135lbs (couldn't do single leg due to hip)
3x 12 single leg squats - 30lbs (reduced ROM)
3x 16 double leg banded squats (18kg)
3x 12 banded side steps (15lbs)
3x 15 both calf raises (15lbs)
1x 15 banded glute bridges
1x 15 single leg glute bridges (right side hurt at top)
1:30 side plank
2:30 front plank
