Usatf-ne cross country championship 10k, 13th over all. Kinda a rough one but that seemed to be the trend for many people. Honestly I wasn't too upset with this considering the conditions and course. Not a very flowy course with mad leaves on it and some rough climbs, also it was 78 degrees which given the recent weather felt quite warm. Race went out fast 4:56 through the mile and then cooled down as we got into the more technical sections. Felt like my breathing was off today like I could only use half lung capacity.
This raps up my XC season I think, on to the turkey trot then BU races
