I have some good ideas and some not so good ideas. This was a not so good idea.

Felt flat on the last 30 min of the LR workout so wanted to experiment with Gu gels. Took one about 20min before this run and felt really good on this run. HR was 135 avg and running just felt easy but probably should have put in more of an effort to run slower.
