5x1600 starting at 8k and working down to 5k w/lap jog rest. Split: 5:30.3, :27.4, :22.6, :23.5, :20.6. Ran with Johnny and Jacob for this. First 3 felt fine, but the last 2 were pretty hard. Wasn't able to cut it down as much as I wanted to, was hoping to be able to get it down to at least 5:15. Still almost 80 during this and I think that slowed us down a decent amount. Also my first real hard workout since track. A good starting point for sure. Flatted up for this as well.
