10:43.15 3200m. Plan was just to get a hard effort in, faster than a tempo, but not going to the well or anything. Got out in around 77, 800 in 2:36.7, 1600 in 5:17.6, last 400 in 1:19.6 and second 16 was 5:25.5. Nothing fast, but not a bad rust buster effort after no real workouts. Good effort, but didn't kick or anything and didn't push as hard as I would have in a race situation. First 32 on a 200m indoor track too.
