1600 @ 10k, 1600 @5k, 1600 @3k all w/300 rest. Wanted to hit somewhere around 5:20, 5:08, sub 5:00. Split: 5:17.6, 5:10.9, 4:58.2. Hanging off a big group on the first one, and with Ding and Lincoln for the next 2. First one felt easy and I was a little fast, second one was ok, but felt like I couldn't get the legs going faster, and the last one was quite tough, but I think that was kinda the point, pretty close to a race like effort. Wish I could gone slightly faster on the middle one, but overall great workout, getting excited to race again. Finally wore the sub2s as well, great shoes.
