Sleep: 7 hours. Back on the saturday SML train. Felt ok, legs were a bit dead and HR was a bit high, but nothing worrisome, just coming back to the mileage a bit quicker than usual. Took it real easy and enjoyed this. Felt like I was barely moving, but the pace was ok, which is a kinda weird. 60 on the week, probably gonna jack up the mileage pretty hard this next week.
