Notes
Sleep: 9 hours. Progression on the treadmill at fort hill cause it was too cold to do a workout outside. 2 easy, 4 moderate, 2 LT. Don't know splits, but the moderate was cutdown from ~6:30 to like 6:00, and the last two were under 5:45 I think, with the last half mile ~5:30 pace. Felt bad at first, but good once I got rolling. This is one of my favorite workouts so it sucks that I had to do this inside, but it was still pretty solid.
