8x2.5mins (60 @10k, 60 @5k, 30 @mile) w/60 rest. Mostly with Kev, Will, and Pat. Basically just stuck with them for the first 2 minutes of each and would drift back a bit during the last 30 @mile cause I just don't have that gear. Really good workout, felt super strong especially for the last few. Definitely my best workout in a while. First workout in the zoom flys too, good stuff. Rainy and windy at the beginning, but it kept it cool do it was fine, nice to workout outside as well.
