Sleep: 9 hours. Herrick Lake-Danada run with Bob. Headed from the lot out to Danada and did a lap on the horse track before heading back a slightly shorter way. I felt pretty trashy and Bob was going fast as hell so this was a fairly ass run feels wise. Fun to run with Bob though.
