4k tempo, 5 minute rest, 4x600 @3k w/~2:20 rest. Split: (5:57.4, 5:56.0, 2:58.0), (1:54.3, :51.9, :53.1, :49.6). Modified the workout because I wanted to get some threshold work in, and because I was feeling a little sick so I didn't want to do the original workout. Tempo felt kinda bad, legs were just dead and the pace should have been faster for the effort. The 600s weren't that bad, but they didn't feel quite as smooth as I would have liked. Nice to workout outside though.
