Sleep: 10.5 hours. Wanted to go slow and had given away my Bird route so I just ran a solo Willis. Felt quite flat, which is understandable after yesterday, so I took it super easy. Higher mileage than I had planned for this week so far so I might go real easy tomorrow, or not you never know.
