Steady State on Huron River Drive with Streng. Legs felt rather heavy, first two miles felt not great, but better the last 3, legs were still heavy, but we at least got moving a bit. Aerobically felt easy, could talk just fine basically the whole time. Finally actually hit steady state pace as well, averaged ~6:10. Always like working out here as well.
