6:15 2000m time trial/prediction run. Predicted 4:55 for the 1600 and 6:15 for the 2000, so I was pretty spot on. Got out with Bob and dropped him after 3(?) laps. Picked it up more than I usually would with 2 laps to go because I wanted to maybe PR in the 1600. Hit the 1600 in 5:00. Last lap was decent, but not great. Kicked the last 100m, but I think I certainly had more to give in the final 300, hard to treat this like a real race to be honest. I did win the prediction contest though so it was all worth it. Stomach also felt pretty terrible, ate way too soon before this.
