Sleep: 6.5 hours. Super Root long run after getting back from nats. Lower legs were so sauceced at the beginning, but ok at the end. Didn't intend to go this far, but felt ok aerobically, glad to get another good run in,Saw Ross at the end and ran with him for a little. Massaged achilles out after this and I think I found the source of the problem.
