3200, 3200, 1600 threshold with ding. (11:18.4, 11:12.6, 5:37.7) w/1:45ish rest. Pretty windy on the backstretch, but ding dragged me through some decent reps. Almost shit myself on the last one so cut it at 1600. Reasonably happy with it, just gotta get my stomach in order.
