1600m Time Trial in 5:14.64. Got out decently well (74) then lost John, and ran with Evans through the 2nd (81), and most of the 3rd (83) lap. Started building with 500 to go, but never got going that fast (76). Really pissed with how today went. Wasn't in the right state of mind, and didn't push all that hard. It never really hurt that badly. Made the same mistake as last year of basically running the first mile of a 3 mile with a kick at the end. Getting mad at myself just writing this. PR, but fuck today.
