Notes

7 small Anne-Elizabeth hills followed by 1 reverse one. Split: 52, 53.5, 53, 55, 51. 52.5, 50.5, 52.5. Some fairly fast ones, but not as consistently fast as I would have liked them to be. They all should have, and could have been, sub 53 if I had more people to run with. Last one was a failure. Went downhill to work on turnover, but I was so tired I went the same as I had been going uphill. Felt very exhausted after this workout.
