Sleep: 9 hours. Easy Max Hock Special. Solo after ~1.5 because I wanted to take it easy. Felt ok, just still tired from the mileage and the lack of sleep during RAM. Also didn't eat well for lunch so the legs felt kinda drained from that I think. Still an enjoyable run though, just took it a little slower. Ready to have a good last week before outdoors really starts in earnest.
