Notes
4x1 mile cutdown. Splits fairly inaccurate because it was on a treadmill, but I'll still give the deets: 5:55.6, 5:41.3, 5:28.4, 5:23.2. Rest was 1 after the first then 4, then 6. Felt pretty good to be honest. Got tough the last 2, but never terrible. Got the legs faster than they've gone in a long time and didn't feel too bad. Might have been better served by a tempo, but that would be ungodly boring on the 'mill and this was way more fun. Also at ~4500ft of elevation which is nothing crazy, but certainly notable. Good to squeeze this in.
