Notes
Sleep: 8.5 hours. Bird-Huron river run. With Connor and Nicky for a while then dropped back to take it easy. Still went a decent pace, the boys were just going pretty fast today, certainly faster than I wanted to go. Felt ok, but not great, kinda tired probably due to not eating much for lunch/breakfast. Shin was noticeable, but improved. Have to do the workout solo tomorrow, I'll probably just do it as a fartlek, effort is what matters at this point anyways. Forgot to unpause my watch for a little so time/distance are slightly extrapolated.
