3x(3x300) w/30 rest within the first 2 sets, 60 in the third, and 5 minutes in between. First set @3k, second @mile, third @800. Split: (54.5, 56.9, 56.9), (52.8, 53.6, 53.5), (50.9, 51.7, 51.4). Legs were pretty flat so I just ground it out. Definitely don't have that 800 speed just yet, but not worried about that. Pretty low volume so should be good to go saturday. Estimated rest distances.
