Notes
Sleep: 11.5 hours. Ran to ccrb, Scio-Maple-Liberty, ran back to wq. Solo most of the way cause I took it nice and easy. Felt pretty awful at first, but loosened up a little as the run went on and felt much better by the end. Still felt yesterday's effort in my legs, but I think not doubling and all the sleep I got sunday night helped me recover faster.
