Sleep: 8 hours. Think i’m dealing with more of a groin thing than a hip flexor thing at this point. Workout out my adductors a bunch today and pain was much reduced. Seems likely I had a groin issue the other times I've dealt with this sort of thing. Makes more sense given that leg swings contributed 2 separate times and that the pain is on contact rather than hip flexion. Personal theory is that strained groin can't stabilized upon contact with the ground and forces the hips to compensate causing pain. Ran was good, way less pain, hot and out of shape tho.
