Sleep: 9 hours. If it Ain't Bur Oak Don't Fix it...Joke Courtesy of a sign in Greene Valley. Easy run today, felt fairly shitty and took forever to open up. Legs were just toasted from the mileage of the last three days which I guess is to be expected. Pretty hot out too which sapped my energy levels. One of those runs where I had to force myself to go the full 60. On positive note some trail maintenance was being done so the trails were smooth as butter.
