4x600 @3k (~1:55) with 2:30 rest. Split: 1:50.8, 1:54.7, 1:52.7, 1:51.4. Not easy, but not tremendously difficult either (at least not until the last one). Good to get going at a faster pace for the first time in a while, felt good. Estimated ~8:30 pace for the rests. Nose started bleeding before the last one, which was a pain in the ass, but nothing major. Good effort.
