Sleep: 9 hours. Green Valley easy run. Didn't do this until around 1:15 and it was brutally hot out, 88 at the start and 90 at the end. Stopped for water twice, but still felt like shit. No choice, but to grind it out. Breathing was well above what it should have been for the pace. Should have run in the morning, but I needed the sleep. Truly hopped aboard the struggle bus for this one.
