Sleep: 8 hours. Easy McDowell recovery to the potty's and back, with some random stuff around central thrown in to get to 60. Felt horrible the first 15 or so minutes, but I eventually loosened up and by the end I felt pretty decent. Good to be back on McDowell again, and good to go shirtless.
