12xhill on a hill loop Anna created at Wurster park. Legs felt ok, but treated it more like a circuit than real hill reps, felt fairly relaxed most of the way. Splits kinda meaningless because of a shaky start point, but between 87-92. Decent workout. Good to work on hill running, and running fastish on grass.
