Sleep: 8 hours. Easy run up Naper, down Olesen, through Oxford, then extra time on river walk. Also ran in the new neighborhood off of Naper which was light. We all felt really crappy so we kept the pace nice and easy. Slowest non-double run in a while, but I certainly needed it. No second run today, but might go for a sleep double.
