Sleep: 6.5 hours. GLR C-4 "Don't Blink or you'll miss Wink Run". Legs felt heavy before, but once I started running I felt ok. Quads were screaming on the uphills, but their wasn't too much climbing so it ended up ok. Mostly on blacktop so I could burn it pretty good. Got rolling really nicely the last few miles. Ended up being net uphill, but it didn't seem like it. Best workout of the summer lmao. Also rolled past a ton of teams. ~5:58 average.
