2x1000 @5k, 2x800 @5k, 2x400 @3k. 300 rest after 1ks and 800s, 200 after 400s.Split (3:15.4, 3:14.9), (2:36.4, 2:35.3), (1:13.9, 1:13.9). Got really bad sleep last night and this workout felt pretty terrible because of it, stayed pretty consistent though even though the 1ks and 8s were a bit slow. Effort was there and that is all that matters at this point in the year.
