Sleep: 8 hours. Long run on the river walk. Legs felt pretty shot and despite the relatively slow pace (for a long run that is) it didn't feel that easy. Was pushing a little more than I would like to have been at points. Still a really fun run though, good convos and Bob touched a hawk. Farthest I've gone on River Walk by a lot. 2 ~60m strides after.
