Notes

5x300 fast with 5 minute jog rest. Split: 54, 54.5, 55.5, 57, 54. Felt really bloated, and legs felt heavy. Not able to get the speed going as fast as I wanted to. Just felt weighed down. Not a great day. Some patellar tendon pain, but I'm staying vigilant so it hasn't gotten worse.
