Set out do do a steady state, but really ended up with more of a tempo, 5:57 pace for 5.09. 3 gallup loops with Streng and some change to get over 5. Felt ok overall, legs were heavy from the past few days and it was fairly warm and humid, but got the work in and it wasn't that hard. Should probably do an actual steady state next week around 6:10-15 pace.
