Notes
8k tempo @ferry. Split: 5:45.1, :45.3, :42.0, :41.3, :39.7. Legs felt meh, but I settled in and rolled through this at the appropriate effort and it didn't feel too bad. Was dodging kids at some youth track practice the last 2 or so which definitely made me run some extra distance and I didn't pick it up at the end very much cause it was cold and rainy and the legs were a touch cold, but all in all a good workout. Fitness headed in the right direction.
