Sleep: 12 hours. Easy run out bay view, down heritage, and back heritage. Was absolutely shattered after the workout last night, slept for 12 hours and jogged this one. Quite tired, but felt fine after a few miles, just taking it easy. Good run. Saw a sick lake.
