1600m broken TT. Had to do this by myself in the morning. 600, 400, 300, 200, 100 starting at mile pace and getting faster. Hit 2:02, 1:20, 0:58, :38, :17. 60 rest in between. Left a little too much in the tank on the 600 and 400, but otherwise solid workout.
