Notes
Huron River Drive tempo. Split: 5:42.5, :45.1, :40.3, :46.2, :48.1, 2:34.1 for the last 0.47 (all splits from GPS). Picked it up slightly the last 3 minutes. Felt pretty good on this, got into a nice hard rhythm on the way out and just tried to maintain on the way back in, before doing the pick up at the end. Way back was slower, probably slightly due to fatigue, but also because of a pretty solid headwind. Very solid workout. First solid tempo in a while, nice to workout on the roads again too.
