HRD SS. First 3 easy, 6 mile out and back SS on HRD (6:16.7, 6:01.5, 5:56.5, 5:43.7, 5:41.3, 5:35.0), rest easy back home and then to the ccrb. Saw Will, hate the shit out of the man. Really good workout, just settled in and ratcheted down the pace as it went. Achilles tightened and my foot went numb at one point, but went away the last 2 miles. Aerobically also never felt too bad until the end. Really happy that this effort felt this good. ~5:52 average for the six SS miles. Also first run in the adios, really like the shoe. Almost had to stop for a train, but slipped in behind it.
