4x1200 @5k (4:00) w/~3:00-3:15 rest, then ~1:30 standing (estimate because I paused my watch) and a fast 200m. Split: (3:58.3, :56.4, :54.9, :51.2), and 32.3 for the 200. Really solid workout. Legs felt kinda sluggish on the first one, but I got going pretty well and got faster every rep. Pushed the last one, and opened up the last 400, which felt pretty nice. 200 was kinda slow, but I was pretty gassed and it was into the wind. Hard effort, but nothing too crazy. Would have been easier if I had people to pull me through it, but this was solo. It was kinda windy on the back straight.
