Notes
Sleep: 9 hours. Decided to do an upbeat run. Headed out on the Whalon 10 route and started dropping 6:30 pace. Felt ok aerobically, but my legs did not have it today. The pace felt really forced. All miles sub-6:40 except the hill mile which was 7:02. Pretty destroyed by the end, but I made it out alive. Kinda hot actually too since I did this at 12:30. Stopped too many times as well due to nature breaks and water. Probably would have been better to do a progression type run than this. Not a great workout, but a good hard effort to get the ball rolling.
