Waterfall Progression. Legs felt pretty heavy so just kinda grinded it out. Despite the heaviness legs responded pretty well to steady state pace once I got goint, but just wouldn't really get going when I tried to ratchet it up a little. Always a pleasure to be back at waterfall. Very warm as well, mid 60s, shoulda gone shirtless. Also almost the exact same time as the last time I did this workout.
