3200m in 11:36.7. PR by about 13 seconds. Got out pretty fast in 77 and ran with Arun, hitting about 90 per 400. Hit the mile in 5:47. At lap 5/6(?) I dropped Arun and started to chase Colin and Jack. Caught then with about 350 to go and kicked by them. Colin fought back and got pretty close to me in the end. Last lap was 80 and second mile was 5:50.
