9:36.13 3000m @ The Tiffin Dragon Grand Prix. Felt kinda like trash going into it. Got out in like a 75 and hit the mile in ~5:04. With Streng after the first few laps. Fit the 2k around 6:25 and realized I wasn't gonna run anything fast so I kinda just sat on him. Didn't really move until 100 to go and caught up a good amount in the last 30 or so, but it was too little to late. Should have gone earlier, can't leave it that late indoors. Not a good race, even if I had got Streng I would have been disappointed. Both of us probably could have run faster than SVSU if we weren't focused on each other though.
