Bailed workout. 8:11 stadium loop, 2:48 800. Stomach felt terrible. Tried to just do some tempo to see if that felt better but stopped after another 800 in 2:58. Stomach was just really off today, felt like I was gonna vomit and crap myself, ate way too soon before this. Disappointed, but bad workouts happen I guess.
