5x450m hitting the 400 at 400 PR+5-10 (so 69) and closing fast. 5 minutes walking rest, but last one was 7 so I would have a group to run with. Split: 1:17.4, 1:16.5 (fucked up the split so probably closer to 1:16 flat), :17.3, :17.3 :19. Only 400 I know was the first one was 67. Got moved up to R group, but ran with just Tyler for the first 4, then Toby and Adam for the last one. Really difficult workout, but I put in a good effort. All were good except for the last one during which I fell apart. I hate these kinds of days, but I know I really need more speed.
